You know what? You are a breath of fresh air. I’m in Canada and I’ve grown very annoyed with scripted/perfect videos. You’re so authentic and I absolutely love watching you every evening when I lay in bed. Please don’t change. 🥰

Agreed! I hate scripted/perfect videos, and it is sometimes a reason I unsubscribe from somebody’s channel!

Will love to hear how the reset worked out for you. Did you drop any weight, or did you gain any weight??? I can't believe you went a full three weeks of Potato Reset.

Hi Ami! I started my starch solution journey a few weeks ago and I must say that watching your videos has given me such a newfound appreciation for vegetables! I love your take on implementing this lifestyle, especially focusing on whole foods and enjoying movement and being so positive as a mum! I've got a lot to say but I haven't been typing it out lol. Anyway, I am here for the daily vlogs, I find them so inspiring and motivating. 🤗

You are adorable. So much energy. Good demo on how to prep food even as kids are so young. I remember those days. Young’s kids take a lot of time focus, energy. I tell you though, when they grow up they are wonderful to have around. They get their own life but they are still in your life. My key was, I always helped with homework, gave attention that way yet still made sure the kid got the jist of it. When they get in high school they don’t need so much. I always loved unconditionally, it was me and them against the world. Mine was an easy child anyway. My approach paid off big. I now have a grown up kid who went to technical school, got I.T. Degree, and works at hospital in IT. Keep plugging away at it. You are doing great. Do you have anywhere your kids could enjoy sidewalk chalk or bubbles? Maybe that would help get through two weeks. Also, when I was young mom would buy long rolls of white paper. I think it was to line cupboards. Anyway, we would lay down on it, outline ourselves, color it in, cut it out,put music on and dance with the life size paper dolls. I guess they could do a big mural with it.

I love stroganoff so much. And I thought it had thyme not fill my mom always made this for us growing up. Anything with mushrooms is so amazing. I feel you my little guy is now on his second week off preschool and he’s so bored and nuts. He’s my grandson but I had five kids myself and I wanted to hide int he closet when they had holidays 😵💫😵💫😵💫

I love rooibos tea! I grew up drinking it since both my parents are South African and it's their national favorite tea. I was wondering since you always talk about hunger/fullness cues - do you have any advice for folks who are on medication that messes with your appetite? I'm currently on painkillers that make me feel full 100% of the time. So if I followed my cues, I might hardly eat at all. Just curious if you've ever had that and how you coped :)

The mushroom stroganoff looked amazing. It’s always tricky to try and entertain the kids. I think it’s always a difficult stage lol 😂. Isabelle had terrible 2s and 3s and now at 8 she is sometimes 8 going on 15 and the next minute tantrum lol 😂xxxx
