Ron’s Journal 36 - the last known recording of L. Ron Hubbard prior to his death in 1986. It is considered by many to be his farewell address to Scientologists, knowing that his end is near both physically and legally.
The recording was released as a New Year's message to Scientologists in 1983.

"Placebos work too" is your favorite Scientologists' misinterpretation about life? I've never, out of the 2,000+ hours of lectures I've listened to, heard a Scientologist echo that phrase. Unless you mistyped what you said, I'm not sure what you're referring to.

So if a lie is workable it is truth?
@RealDrewHadsell
@RealDrewHadsell 4 ай бұрын
@@TheNightWatcher1385 we’re talking mechanically about something applied to raising the survival of a thing or being at living. If something works better applied in its application it’s more true than what works less. If Christian’s found the religion of Christianity to make them feel miserable, they would simply not believe in the religion. But they find it bring hood emotion and affinity in their lives, and that is good enough so be the truth to them. If you’re talking about personality, that’s based on consideration anyway. If you state out you are insecure, well it’s simply true because you considered it and thoroughly agreed upon it whether you cognitively did or not, it had to first be considered before it ever came true. S ok it depends what you’re calling a lie before I could fully answer the question.

Concerning the Mike Rinder book 'A Billion Years' I would recommend the audiobook version. I listened to it and Mike Rinder does a wonderful job reading it, even the parts that were obviously very painful for him. LRH comes across as a wise old man in this recording. Ron Miscavige, COB's father, has a KZbin channel and recorded a number of videos trying to impart his wisdom before he passed away. He tells some interesting stories of his youth and has some tips for success such as never accepting failure, "Failure is not an option." His son David Miscavige probably used Ron's tips to help him rise to the top of the Church of Scientology. David Miscavige has been subtly changing LRH's tech to make the Church of Scientology "kinder and gentler" to borrow a presidential campaign phrase from George Bush Senior. The fair game doctrine isn't quite as vigorous, the Church is no longer very litigious, and we no longer see all the harsh punishments LRH and his successor COB liked to dish out for tiny infractions. Further reforms will have the effect of taking the wind out of the sails of the anti-Scientologists, although the Angry Gay Pope will probably continue to harass Scientologists on the streets of LA until the day he dies.

LRH inspired me to think outside the box. Yes, he lied alot, but he had some spark that made me search for more. There's a lot of truth in Scientology, and there are a lot of lies that coincide with what people want to believe. The "hook" if you will. But you are responsible for your own condition, and that is one of the major gifts I take from LRH.

do you believe in XENU & BODY-THETANS?
@Brian-bg2cb
@Brian-bg2cb Жыл бұрын
@@timgreenglass I don't believe in anything. I try to know the truth and live with it. Rank and file Scientologists don't know about Xenu and "body-thetans". That shit is on the confidential, keep the written materials in a briefcase that's cuffed to your arm, OT level$$$$$. I think the OT levels are bullshit. But there is a huge amount of valuable information in the writings of LRH. Nikola Tesla was a genius, but he was also a Eugenicist. Ron was a genius, polygamist, but he was also a con-man. The point is, that you have to look past all the BULLSHIT and find the workable truth for yourself and all of that will come from geniuses who are also raving lunatics. You and I and everyone else included.
