This movie I found the same way, was going to re-watch the last season of Slasher but didn't want to start all those episodes saw this and decided to give it a shot. Boy, was I glad I did loved the flip this movie does, another one I like but is a lot older is "For the sake of Vicious" also glad to see you mention "Heart Eyes" saw that in one of those upcoming horror movies vids.

Saw this last year, Basically The Strangers in a Diner with Baby Anna Faris. That's who the female lead reminds me of. Jeremy Sisto actually potrays a serial killer in Hideaway. He also stars in and Co-Produced the Found Footage horror film Hangman. Another horror with him I recommend is Population 436. He's the main protagonist in that one, Have u seen May, Wrong Turn and Dead and Breakfast? He appears in those horror films as well.

This was in my top 5 Thriller/Horror movies of 2024 with a mention of Oddity being VERY pleasantly surprising. The story was different in a way I haven't seen before, tge acting was great and tge overall look and violence of tge movie definitely hit all boxes for me. Plus, the trailer gave NOTHING AWAY, which was a twist on this one 💯✅️✅️

I almost mentioned this one again on your "2024 Horror Surprises" video but I figured nobody wants to hear me nagging about this movie anymore. I think it was shown at a film festival in October 2023 but its official release was September 2024. I really liked how the first half of this movie almost leans into being formulaic on purpose, just so it can do some interesting stuff in the back half. I also enjoyed how the main character is pretty unpleasant for a good chunk of the runtime, but by the end, you might not necessarily love her, but you feel like she is going to be a better person moving forward. Is "coming-of-age horror" a genre?

Hey shit happens lee, I actually saw this during my (2024 watchlist) I gave it my lowest expectations and my rating is still low like a 3.8/10 I mean there's some stuff that is decent but my problem is there's not enough good kills that intense me I guess these employees hated her or something, so that is why they're trying to you know "murder here". Some people like me didn't cared of the film that much and I appreciate it. I'm glad you liked it so hey god bless you my good sir.

I like to call this one a good gateway horror movie. If younhave somebody who wants to get into horror but are still unsure or scared, this is one of those movies that can get you into the horror scene. The one thing I didn't like that much is that the main girl wasn't that likeable.
