I remember when I first came across this channel back in the beginning of the pandemic. It was the first fitness channel I really started following. You guys were already 60+ episodes deep and I wanted to get caught up, so I started binge watching multiple episodes every day. This series inspired me to get into CrossFit and eventually start my own home gym. I've learned a lot and gotten so much inspiration from watching these guys push each other. I'll never forget. I started doing CrossFit in the back of an office space after our YoungLife director spent the last of his budget on a gym. The first poster we got was one of Josh doing Murph at the games. Since then he's been my all-time favorite athlete. I was googling his name after a WOD and found the KZbin channel in 2018, I've been on and off since then. This is a good video.

I found this channel last year when Covid got me working out from home and I needed some ideas and stuff to do for workouts. I literally binge-watched almost every episode to get caught up.
