One cannot explain lat pulldowns better than you. All the points covered very precisely. I took note of all the points for my lat pulldowns and noticed a considerable muscle-mind connection. Thank-you Sir. Keep inspiring 😃

Sir due to ur video, I was able to do this exercise with correct form which helped me develop lats. At 92 kgs I am able to do 5 chinups which I couldn't do before in past. Really appreciate your work💪

These videos have helped me immensely!! So called gym trainers doesn't teach these things, they will just tell to perform certain exercises.... Light weight with correct form is million times more impactful than heavy weight with shitty form...thankyou so much jeet brother...keep making such great videos...

Real thanks for the minute details as not every trainer gives such finer details. When you said, "Jhula nahi jhulna hai", it sounded really comic as I have seen many people do that. They just swing wildly to and fro at the machine. This video has really made me aware of the correct technique.

Hi Jeet. Your videos are very genuine and helpful. I continuously refer to them and they have proved more useful than my trainer. Just one question. 'Protein X' 2 scoops with milk after workout- is it a good post workout drink? I am doing a fat loss programme and can't afford whey

Stick to egg whites(6-8) instead. Protein X has unnecessary carbs(in the from of sugar) you don't need in a fat loss program.

Thanks Jeet bro ! Earlier I used to pull 45kg on lat pull down using arms. Now, I can pull max 24 kg with correct technique. We must engage only the lat muscles and feel the pain next day only on lats.
