"I've actually had this style dress from Torrid before". That's because Torrid been doing the same skull floral tired Betsey Johnson dance for a decade. I've lost 200 lbs. over the last 5 years, I was in a 5 at Torrid. The best thing about losing all that weight? I never have to go in that store again and I can actually dress in current styles not "this is all that fits me" styles. Goodbye dress Hell.

I’ve never been that thin so not sure what/where is my target weight - kinda winging it haha. But I can go in to almost any store and find stuff at an XL/14/16, it feels sooo good!😊 I get complacent 🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s fun shopping isn’t it!? I love trying on clothes and saying, um-no, I don’t like this instead of having to buy it cuz it fit 😢

Rejecting it on style or color instead of can I get it on right, I'm at a size 18 rn and to me that's amazing, I was a 5x/6x at one time and 36 which seems unreal to me now but I spent years at that size unfortunately. I've been coasting too, I have about another 90 lbs. to go but I had to stop and have a surgery that I needed when I finally got down into the 200s. A day at a time, I recommit every morning. Some days I don't do great but when I have more on point than off days the scale slowly drops and that's the goal. I'm not in a hurry, I'm just living life and making it as healthy as I can. I think that's all we really can do because it's not about perfection, it's just about trying to do better. 5 years ago I could barely get out of the bed, now I cycle 24 miles a week and it's not magic, it's just doing a little something more every day and letting time do the rest.

I look at my need to loose 20lbs in 5lb pound bags of flour and i can carry even an extra 4 X 5lb bags in a backpack and walk a mile….. feel it ….but it is no problem . I think of these girls as carrying 100lb bags of flour not just one but one on each arm and one tied to the stomach? knees too much. The whole collection overall was very flattering on Anna, even the last dress with the stripes that I actually liked. She looks best with a looser, pleated skirt that has a little swing to it, the fitted bodice, the short sleeves or wide straps, dresses that cover her knees but are not too long, anything that is not too tight or shiny over her stomach area. She can model these dresses really well, but needs to think more about what styles are best for her body type and not get too carried away. She can't carry every style but for her size, she can be quite attractive. This was the nicest collection I have seen her do. Happy Easter.

I was talking about this with a friend but I've never dated or been romantically involved with anyone under 30. I just turned 28. I'm working towards a doctorate and consider myself hardworking so for the longest time I excused it bc "I was just mature." In my mind, I thought we were in the same life stage so it wasn't an issue and I'm just NOW realizing that was wrong. 😭 We were not in similar life stages because the literal brain is in different stages of development. It didn't matter what I thought I was doing, it wasnt the best situation. I still date 30 years olds but this is the first time I've felt equal in the relationship 😭. At my heaviest, I was 148kg (now 73kg) and I’m the same height as Chantal. There is NO WAY on gods green earth, she is 150/160-something kg. She is miles bigger than I have EVER been. I'm 24, my husband is 34, met when I was 19 and been married years now; and I'm so sick of hearing people talk shit about age gaps like the older partner is some perverted freak when they literally don't know either party whatsoever and make judgments solely based on age and assumptions. You do not know people, you do not know their lives, you don't have any right to say what is the facts or truth of people's lives when you don't know anything.
