Actually, it all goes back to the 2011 White House Correspondents’ Association dinner, where Donald Trump was the butt of jokes by “Saturday Night Live” comedian Seth Meyers. I could say more, but it's still classified. Suffice it to say, Donald not only decided to run for President that night, he also asked his goons to "take care" of somebody.

I was the bumper sticker jackal. To break down a bumper sticker into its purest essence, it derives its name based on its location… meaning, we only call them bumper stickers because people put them on their bumpers. Therefore, i maintain that the location is imperative to the namesake. By the same token, i would call an ordinary sticker a bumper sticker if it were placed as such. It is now a bumper sticker due to the location (unwritten rules about the actual sticker’s size & shape be damned)

Hey Seth (and Late Night friends). So, as you can probably tell, I didn't send a post card like I said I would do now that things have opened up here in China. Well, it's because my wife and I caught Covid. As you probably heard by now, Covid is running rampant in China and my wife and I were some of its first victims. We're mostly better now - we have been in quarantine for about two weeks and had red tape across our front door warning people to stay away. We both needed to have two negative test results in back to back days in order to be let out of quarantine. Now that we are, I can finally send that postcard, but now I'm not sure that it'll get to you, since the USA is testing people coming from China. I don't know if they just throw away mail from here. But hey, again - for like the third time - I'm not looking for a mug. You don't need to send one to me. Even if you did, I mean, it'll probably just break after being sent overseas. But then it's not like you could send it to our relatives who are back in the US. They don't collect mail for us or anything. Well, actually yeah they do. But still, you definitely don't need to send me a mug.

I'm in Japan and I didn't get one either. They probably couldn't read the kanji. I'm sad. I even went out on a broken ankle and knee to send it, crutches and everything. That was a rough day. I was really hoping he'd at least make posts online with them or something.

@@Midori_Seabreeze That is too much effort to send a postcard

@MSKinChina - (& @Seabreeze) - I completely understand your frustration - I sent mine off, feels like sending a message in a bottle into the sea - one tiny little piece of card I saw how bad things were in Chine re covid - I'm so sorry - though I have relief that you & yours are on the road to recovery. I now know many people who have had covid and recovered = still stay safe & well - lots of love & strength from Aotearoa/New Zealand ❤💌❤

Haven’t we established covid can’t survive on mail? Does that apply to omicron whatever number? Glad you and spouse didn’t get deathly ill.
@juliaconnell Жыл бұрын
@@stillhere1425 ah yes, science has indeed proven that - that covid survives for different periods of time on different surfaces (different sources say a matter of minutes, to a couple of hours, to a couple of days -) however, with respect - 'silly' things like *science* seem to have gone out the window with covid

The Mac T and white chocolate bits (and the style with callback) were great!

Aw Seth, I have the same scar on my chin. I was trying to walk on my hands with my legs thrown over my shoulders during gym in the second grade. I fell face first and busted my chin open
