I known its nerve wracking and it always has far reaching implications, especially for minority groups particularly at risk.. but after you cast your vote and encourage and help those around who can vite, theres nothing you can do. Turn it off and don’t check until Thursday morning. There’s no point in making yourself sick over the results and the hysteria in the media, instead use Wednesday to reset so you’re more ready to face the results Thursday.

What democracy are you protecting? There's no mention of democracy anywhere in the US founding documents at all. Certainly not in the Constitution. Turns out Republicans hate the Republican Party only slightly less than they hate the Democrat Party. Now if Democrats would figure out what the Democrat party is doing to them and join the rest of The People in ousting the unconstitutional parties that have usurped The People's authority and freedoms. Then perhaps the U.S. might be able to stop being the most litigious society on Earth in all of human history, and instead become the land of the free it was intended to be before These so called right-left Partisan Oligarchies took over the electoral process and thus the government. Parties literally exist to divide the populace, and place people loyal to conglomerate (and therefore foreign) interests into positions of authority and power. The politicians get wealthy instead of you. You are stuck with laws instead of liberties, leaders instead of representatives, and privileges instead of rights. No matter which one wins, you lose, and no matter what they promise, you pay double for it. Parties have no constitutional authority to be part of voter registration, nor chose delegates, nor act as intermediaries between levels of government nor enterprises. It's not just a conflict of interest, it's straight up legalized corruption, even if you don't believe as Nancy Pelosi, Al Gore, Hillary Clinton, and Donald Trump do, that the elections are being rigged by partisan forces for the benefit of foreign interests.
