what an exciting project! Now is a good time to order a couple of empty wiring tubes to interconnect each of the locations where power and data will need to be interconnected in the future. It's something that is often missed when working on different ships. some make provision for the future by interconnecting each of the connection boxes both electricity - 12v - 24v - 110v - 220v as well as data - fiber optic. I believe that you are fulfilling a dream that many of us who follow you here have always had. the process is as exciting or more exciting than any navigation of the future.

Reminds me of the time the girls at our bank decided to decorate the unfinished walls "during a reno" drawing windows with flower baskets....they marked pretty much every wall with a felt marker ....the drywall crew came in the next day and freaked out, they had to replace every panel or the markers would have bled through the new paint. ;-)

Watching you when you walked into what will be your closest just put a huge smile on my face. The only thing that put a damper on that feeling was I felt you were disappointed that the area was small. With all the interior area you should have two or three times bigger you guys have made compromises in your build , your vip is more a owners cabin than the one you have. Enjoy what you have, keep your excitement up it is so much fun to watch you guys.

He has kidney disease and will eventually not be able to work. To have the money to buy a house and tell him we will be ok. We will have a home. Currently in Fiji and there is a superyacht meet happening in a few days. We were out fishing and there are several already anchored in Denaru port and out in the bay. They are beautiful and enormous and a rare sight for me being landlocked normally. Congrats on being lucky owners of something so majestic.

Spectacular ship. Often when trying to fall asleep at night I build something, and often boats. That’s the ship I would build. Beautiful design and attention to details in the construction. I appreciate finely built older boats however with modern materials and advancements in engineering I think the performance level for modern ship building is incredible. It will be interesting to think about how people will view this boat in 100 years. I’m sure they’ll be impressed.

I've always wondered 'Why aren't the screens countersunk into the control area so they don't block the windows?'.Victoria said what I was thinking,and have seen too often. Huge windows to see out of, but with monitors blocking 1/2 the view. This,being dated back to April,must be almost ready for furniture. Love the progress,but hate the wait.
