If you want to taste real curry/chicken Tikka masala come to India. As an Indian to me the curry and tandoori chicken looks awful and bad. What we eat here actually is so much different from what he showed and so much tastier. Also who put sugar in chicken Tikka masala 🤣 we love spicy food here

@@Goodlife-x9h its probably been nerfed slightly to appeal to an English audience, but they probably do a spicey dish if thats what your after. I thought it was an amazing insight into the kitchen which looked tidy and multitasking was impressive. The mango chicken looked really good

One of these days when money no object will pay Stoke on Trent a visit , until then stay safe and well .

I have been using and following your recipes for a while, are here's the weird thing...I only just realised that I used to visit your restaurant! My partner pointed out to me that you were in Alsager and I was "No WAY" - and I knew, immediately, it was my favourite restaurant from all those years ago when I lived in Alsager. Chef Latif, I take my hat off to you, I cook a lot of Indian food and definitely inspired by your videos . Great to see behind the scenes of your restaurant , would be great to see a fly on the wall view video when you are at full speed with a restaurant full of hungry guests you must be like a well oiled Swiss watch. I know the pressure , I get asked to put on an Indian street food stall for a group I am member of , we meet at a location on the side of the road in the country and I cook there and then for them, I know how much pressure that creates just for a group of 10 to 12 people. Well done Chef look forward to more of your work. 🙏 namaste.
