Chicken Roast Bhuna Recipe! Simplified Famous Chicken Centrepiece Recipe To Follow At Home!

Welcome my lovely Inspired Chefs! This is an amazing recipe fit for a king to eat! Why not give this amazing recipe a go at home to enjoy with all the family!
Chicken Marinade:
2 - 2.5 kg Chicken
1 heaped tsp Turmeric Powder
1 heaped tsp Coriander Powder
1 heaped tsp Chilli Powder
1 heaped tsp Curry Powder
1 heaped tsp Salt
2 tbs oil
- Marinate and leave to rest for 30 minutes
- Deep Fry 8-10 mins
Bhuna:
1 cup Oil
2 tbs Pure Ghee
1 tsp Punch Phoron
4 Bay Leaf - Tez Pata
10 Green Cardimon
8 Cinnamon Sticks - 2 inch
3 heaped tbs Chopped Garlic
450 gram Sliced Onions
2 Medium Tomato Wedges
8-10 Green Chilli
2 Handful Coriander
Spice Mix:
1 tbs Salt
1 tbs Turmeric Powder
1 tbs Coriander Powder
0.5 tbs Cumin Powder
1 tbs Chilli Powder
1 tbs Curry Powder
1 tbs Garam Massala

I truly love by the quiet way that you explained the process in detail for newcomers to make this wonderful food. Back in Glasgow, Scotland in the early 1960s as a mere 16 year old boy I came across this cooking in family homes of East Pakistani immigrants where I was totally welcomed and I learned so much about your food. There was so many other migrant groups such as West Indians, Kenyans, Nigerians Etc. Very exciting times. Now that I am a migrant in Australia and I show the locals about the Multi-national dishes especially the wonderful East Pakistan/ Bangladeshi cuisine which is so superb. You have my deepest respects and I wish that both you and your family have a safe and a truly wonderful happy life..
