I tend to avoid Chinese or Vietnamese restaurants because I feel that the food they serve is often not authentic. Thankfully, I’m lucky to have a Vietnamese friend who treats me with, authentic five-course meals. Pho is one of my all-time favorite dishes! And thank you for recommending this! It looks yummy and very friendly and welcoming!

Even though offal has a fantastic vitamin and mineral profile. Liver is nature's multivitamin and it's all bioavailable because it's an animal product. Beef heart is likewise very nutritious.

Assalamulaikum Brother, thank you for sharing. South East Asia is a multicultural society. And you will get an authentic taste of food in South East Asia. Eating out in Asia are not that expensive as in London. You get value for money. Even the street food taste just as good as the restaurant. If you ever visit South East Asia, try the Malay food. There are so many flavours and spices use in Asian dishes. I think the owner of Med Salleh is a Chinese Malaysian called Med Pang. Hope you enjoyed the food.

This video is more improved and better in some areas. I see that you didn’t disclose if you had paid or not. Good to see no food waste. However, why on this occasion did you decide to omit this out???? You are still using repetitions in your describing of the food. However, also noticed contradictions too. The profile and texture for your description in sampling the food that you consume can be improved upon more greatly. Good extended interview on the owners. Lastly, if you are a chef / former chef, surely your pallet would be able to pick up the subtle tones and tastes that you may perhaps have never had before.

Thanks for the suggestions. The more I make of these videos hopefully better I’d get. I genuinely enjoy meeting other chefs and business owners to find out about their food and culture it fascinates me. I have no scripts I just try be genuine, I’m no uni grad! I’ve worked hard all my life learning South Asian cuisine and now with this amazing channel I have a chance to get out of my kitchen and learn about other businesses and different types of food, videography, editing even traveling. I hope I get better at presenting and becoming more articulate as I’ve been teaching all my life in my field. I find it very ironic, how one comment made from their video of Number 1 Broasted Chicken, giving positively criticism to improve editing of their content, is now suddenly actioned: More insight to the area where visiting for food. Eating earlier in the day, than your usual late night eating. Using pubic transport However, the very obvious detail that is not fooling anybody, is how all of a sudden, one of your subscribers is at the same restaurant, at the same time as you are. And then suddenly promoting them🤔💭🤨 …not very authentic in my opinion. There are other ways in being genuine, humble and promoting somebody. Regarding your Number 1 Broasted Chicken review. I’m sorry to state, I went there on 08-12-2024 on the basis of your review. And I found it very, very below par. The food wasn’t fresh. The syringe of adding sauce inside the fried chicken is a gimmick only reserved for KZbin vloggers such as yourself, and not the average public consumer. Mate you’ve seen the video of Broasted chicken, everything is on camera and they say camera doesn’t lie! Certain cuisine and type of restaurants I go at certain times to get best service and some places I go randomly! This was a random vlog and luckily the owner was there! He made a fuss about everything and shouted at his staff to make sure everything was on point! The food was fresh and well seasoned and plenty of sauce injected in my chicken. If they give serious effort how they did to me then everyone would get a fantastic meal! Brother this is no conspiracy theory channel. If you don’t like it don’t watch it! I work so hard and I make these vlogs as I enjoy making them as it feeds my passion!!! Out of sheer respect I’m replying to you not for any other reason! What experience you’d received will be entirely different to when the average public John Doe, like myself experiences the true reflection of what food they’d served at Number 1 Broasted Chicken. Food as a whole is not a conspiracy, so don’t see the correlation. I sough transparency, honesty and factual to how I see things on a normal day of operations versus to say perhaps an advanced notification and Go Pro suddenly appearing and all the efforts are put into you and what you do. Then the normal customer. If you look on Google Maps, it’s not just myself that has disclosed the gimmicky shortfall of the extra sauce either being missed, given extremely less of.
