I related to Jim. We are both of Northern European descent. I worked out daily for three months straight. Not a single day off. I lost about 7 pounds. The soul crushingly meager weight loss undermined my work out commitment.

Working out doesn't really burn very many calories. Weight loss mostly happens in the kitchen. Cut carbs, cut fat. Got enough carbs that you're not craving them. Those are the big the biggest factors

We all have a different reaction to Jim. I've watched some of his early stuff where he's slim and white bread-ish. Then his sort of "my dad is fat"section. Then his commercial TV session..being very visible. But, to see Jim now..in his slimmer daddy stage is so rewarding. He was never"fat"...but he was always funny and FUN. This interview is very revealing. His answers are always well thought out. You can see that, he is thinking as he answers these questions. He always appears genuine and congenial...never offputting or haughty...(like so many of the celebs appear to be). makes you want to see more of him in a multitude of characters. Jim's features are so sophomoric...but strangely menacing,in a good way. Like that high school English Lit teacher awaiting your book report. Jim is a rare one...glad to see..he is getting some exposure and respect.

There are a lot of us around his age that worked out twice a day for little result because the doctors at the time told us sugar was no problem, just avoid fat. We know better now, but many doctors still haven't heard the message. There's an entire generation of us trying to make up for the bad information doctors gave us in the 70s-90s.

It wasn't the doctor's fault. It goes back to massive crime by a harvard scientist who was on the take by the sugar industry who told him to say it was fat, not sugar. This became accepted wisdom because of bad, corrupted science. It gave rise to crap like Olestra and fat free cookies, and other products in the 1990s.

He doesn't seem like he has attitude at all, a d I believe he is one of the most devoted husband's and Dad's. He never uses filthy thoughts or words or demeans anything or anyone for a cheap laugh. I saw him in concert. I've watched him on his TV family sitcom, his stand ups, and now I'm watching this interview. He rarely reveals his private side, but in this interview we can see a little of the inner Jim. To me Mr Jim G. Is the GOAT of comedians. I cannit think of a more rewarding way to make a living(other than preaching the Word) than making people laugh. Ee all call him Jim, because he makes us feel good, and we love him.

I'm finding it difficult to get used to the new look. I'm pleased he's lost weight, and he looks amazing. It's just that seeing him in a suit seems weird. May Jim Gaffigan say something about this? It is now possible to reduce tensions between the US and Russia. The Democrats tried to torpedo the electoral career of the Republican Party and Donald Trump with fake cases of "Russia's support for Trump". This led to lawsuits against Maria Butina and other innocent political prisoners not only in the US, but also in countries friendly to Great America! (For example, the fake case of Sergei Vagin in Columbia.) Donald Trump and other Republicans can wash away the Democratic slander by initiating re-investigations of all these cases. The ruling Republicans are even capable of sending the former (pro-Democratic) Colombian president, during whose presidency Sergey Vagin was arrested, to prison! This would be a good demonstrative step to reduce tensions in US-Russia relations after the remake of the "Cuban Missile Crisis" in Ukraine. In addition, all these political cases are evidence of the true indifference of the Democratic Party to human rights, despite the party program and all the human rights statements of the Democrats! Foreign policy has exposed all the hypocrisy of the Democrats and shown their true bloodthirsty values ignoring human rights. The actions of the Democrats expose the lie of their words! There is no need to strain the state budget of Colombia by paying multi-million dollar compensation to Sergey - let the former Colombian president, the investigator, the prosecutor and the judge of this fake political case pay Vagin this compensation from their personal accounts. Moreover, the release of all political prisoners on fake cases against Trump and other American Republicans around the world before or during the upcoming New Year will be the best holiday for them! The second option is to convince Sergey Vagin to sign a deal with the Colombian investigation so that he would sign a confession of spying for Russia (to destabilize Colombia and sponsor interference in US politics) in exchange for $100 million in compensation from the Colombian budget, freedom and his marriage to the daughter of the Colombian president or minister. But the ruling American Democrats could not do this! The third option (which the American Democrats also could not do) is if armed people storm the Colombian prison, free Sergey Vagin and successfully take him away on a plane to Russia. This could indirectly indicate Russian support and the value of Donald Trump for Russia, especially if in addition to this, the prices of all Russian stocks soon and quickly rise to a level 50-100 times higher than the prices on February 14, 2024! Then it will be easy to explain to American voters why Russia should support Donald Trump (the Kremlin's greatest commercial project) based on real economic data. What else should you not forget?
