Have you lost the ability to program tire pressure sensor id numbers into your vehicle computer with your scan tool? The one I bought allowed me to program in the id codes for 2 of my new tire pressure sensors on a 06 dodge grand caravan, but I didn't do all 4 at one time. After I finally changed the other tires, the reader wouldn't connect to the van any longer so I updated the software on the scanner. Now, it will no longer allow me to do anything but see the id numbers. Even then, I have to fight through various menus to get to that point.

What about TEXA navigator nano s? I am a car electrecian and i have a workshop and im planning on getting one. I want coverage to all car manufacturers, coding modules and a very detailed diagnostic for fault codes. I have worked on it for a little while in a friend's workshop and i liked it. What's your opinion about that diagnostic? Also i want to thank you for the videos you make for us, i love watching them, you are very honest. Thank you!!!!

Hi, texa navigator can't do coding, it's a Hella, Delphi, Bosch class scanner. It is very good for trucks, but for passenger cars it is not remarkable. Bosch is much like the performance over it. Don't forget that it is an expensive scanner if you want to have a scanner that can program and code then your options would be Launch or Autel.

@@YOYODiagnostic Thanks for replying. Yes i am working on passenger cars, european and asian most of the time. Witch models of Autel and Launch do you recommend from your experience? I don't mind the prices since im planning on using it for professional work so i will get the money back overtime. Should i get a Texa or Bosch + Autel or Launch, or just the the Autel or Launch will have me covered? I just want your honest opinion and i will make my choice. I would never blame you for recommending something i asked you for. Thanks for giving me advice, i appreciate it!!!

@@ΓιώργοςΠρ-ι1λ From my experience with most of these programmers I can say one thing, namely Bosch is clearly superior when you want to reset or adapt something. A short example is that on a Ford Galaxy I was not able to reset the temperature sensor from the DPF with any programmer and the car did not start (I used Launch, Hella, which showed me that it performs the function successfully and that it is adapted, but the error still did not disappear. I used the Bosch KTS 560 and after it said that the initialization is ready, the machine started). I have nothing to gain from the Bosch company to think that I am advertising for them or from other companies saying what needs to be said, so I recommend you to have a Professional tester. After all the injectors, sensors and ECUs on diesel cars are mostly Bosch, so it is normal that Bosch is the best diagnostic. Now let's talk about coding and programming here my option would be "Autel MaxySYS Ultra Lite".

what functionality do you lose if you don;t renew the subscription. I only work on older vehicles and don't need new model updates.

Hi, here we are talking about 2 separate things. Launch has its own OS and VCX is just a J2534. This meant that there is no software of its own, it can only be used with other software, such as the original ones. So the comparison is not fair either way.

Pro diag cannot do online coding, and I have an error 90% from the time. Launch can only do coding, no programming.

@@YOYODiagnostic have you ever tried xpro5 (same as prodiag) with that one I've done online coding on 2022 mercedes? I know diagzone fails to much with online functions.
