unlock DCM7.1A. via OBD with Flex programmer. Peugeot/Citroen read/write Delphi ECU thru OBD. AdBlue

This is the method I use to unlock this Delphi ECU. You must know that the responsibility belongs to you, I only bring you information, I do not assume responsibility in case you encounter problems.

Super wooow I have learned how to maintain the ecu not to go sleeping because on renault a had problems în the past ween reading the ecu went off 😄 The 2 section write i had experienced on edc16cp34 on vw touareg. For now I don't have the hardware to read this ecu hope to upgrade în the future. All the best And thank you for sharing.

You dont need to find the exactly same car/hp/model all that in tuningsoftware, the tuningsoftware is set up to make it easy to find right protocols, if you have problems and you know right protocol the car have ( search HW/SW often helps ), So if you find a peugeot that have same ecutype, you can use it, often as here the same ecu is in other cars with same protocol. I have done this alot, most often on VAG cars, but also reanult/opel, so if you know its wrong ecu just use same protocol on other cars that share same ecu/protocol.

your theory is okay but my question is how many Peugeot ECUs have you experienced? He knows how to communicate these ECU's from Peugeot and Citroen. I think you know the risk when writing by obd on these brands of cars (Peugeot/Citroen)

Hi again, thank you for another great video. Where do you get the moded ECU file for Adblue off? Does Flex have some sort of data base for files like that? Also as for the scanners I asked you the other time on a comment on your video, thanks a lot for all the info you gave me. I’m going for the Texa because it is much cheaper than Bosch and it has much support in my country. The dealer of Texa says it has all the same functions, activations for solenoids, sensors and everything and in some cases it’s even better than the Bosch one, he said in some vehicles you have more options than the the Bosch. Again thank you for taking the time to advise me!!

So in obd mode is virtual reading its not original from that car but from magic motor server, but in Boot mode you can unlock and get original file from that ecu? And i am didnt see eeprom just map?

You are welcome. As you saw and I wrote, I have the same engine code and the same HP. It is identical, but I said you take risks when you do it via OBD because the communication with the ECU is not direct. When you connect the programmer in Bench, you are connected directly to the ECU, but through OBD communication is done through the ECU gateway. I have not disconnected anything and everything is OK.
