laura, thank you for this. i am going to start learning this topic through your video series. i am in to yoga since 2015. your words- THE WAY THAT YOU PERFORM AND THE THINGS THAT YOU GAIN SHOULD NOT HAVE A BEARING ON HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT YOURSELF in this video seems to be the basis of yoga which i did not learn at all to begin with. better now than never. my heart felt gratitude to you. this is eye opening.

Thank you for this thoughtful story about Ahimsa and the shift to food. I assume you have a great sense of humor with your Star Wars break aways to text going out in space. I don't think we can get to Ahimsa with capitalism, but love your helping people start being mindful of our choices. On habits, I would add BJ Fogg's work on tethering a new habit to an old habit. Ahimsa is our dog trainer here in Seattle. She really gets around!

Thanks Timothy, i am going to look that up- i am always working with people to create new healthy habits & find it to be very challenging, especially working with an older adult population

A yoga teacher called Leigh Blashki in Melbourne Australia has bullied me constantly and has never taken the gentle path of non violence and non harming. He chooses truthfulness first which I feel enables him and his wife to punish me harshly for any hetronormative thoughts. I fear him day and night. I'm suffering severe depression , anxiety and my physical and health, is also suffering and he has encouraged me many times to suicide and today he told me to lash and said in a very smatarse manner go ahead and kill some hetronormatives
