OMG, that looks SO GOOD! I just made your Cilantro Chicken & Rice recipe, my wife and I LOVED IT! I just tweaked it a bit by cooking the rice in chicken broth (used your recommended buillon powder), added your recommended garlic & herb seasoning to the spices, and here’s the kicker…I added about a quarter cup of tequila to the chicken. Let the alcohol cook out, then added the chicken stock. Muy delicioso!!
