This is my 7 months off birth control update! I have been sharing this process with you all as we have been on our trying to concieve journey and we are so excited that this month was our month! Im pregnant ! So today I share how Im feeling and whats to come! Thankyou ALL so so so much for all the love on our annoucemnet you all are truly the best humans on the planet!

I have pcos and I’ve been trying to conceive for 3 years and have been taking fertility treatments for almost a year and FINALLY, After so many heartbreaks after seeing negative test after negative test, I finally got a positive! ❤️ I pray that you have a healthy pregnancy 💕

Congratulations!!! I've had two plus size HEALTHY pregnancies 16 months apart!!! (one baby at 260lbs and one at 280lbs) and without complications!!! had a great physician and was monitored well. I too did my best to eat good. But the odd daily treat also doesnt hurt. Enjoy every moment ❤🎉🙌🏾

I'm so happy for you guys. Things like this give me hope. Got pregnant with my daughter totally by accident 3 years ago but since then I just haven't ovulated since and we are hoping with exercise, prayer and our midwives help we hope to conceive next year. My girls are 12 and 8, we decided we wanted another child and had a miscarriage last year. This year our little boy arrived safely in March. It is a huge blessing and I have cherished every moment and it always goes too quick. It was scary having a bigger age gap than most but it really worked well for us and the girls are able to enjoy their time with him. I only found travel bands helped and eating small and regular and resting when I needed it. You have a lovely family ❤️

Sometimes it takes time for the tests to show, I think you were already pregnant last month.... I was diagnosed as the flu the first month, but my momma knew she was pregnant! Had to convince the dr to text again, and here I am! Congratulations!

Congratulations again!!!! I had hyperemesis gravidarum with my daughter and had to take Phenegran, vitamin B6, and Unisom every single night to keep the nausea and vomiting controllable. I would still get sick every now and then, but I was able to keep everything most of the time. Good luck!!

Do identical twins run in your family? I’m married to an identical twin for 21 years and it still fascinates me on the things they do, recently they bought the same card for my mother in law while living in 2 different states. 😊 Enjoy!

One of the best pieces of advice I have been given so far is to give into my cravings! It has helped me SO much with feeling yucky. Also lifesaver mints have truly been my lifesavers.😅

Congratulations!! Unfortunately I ended up on nausea meds from the doctor with each of my pregnancies. I will say give yourself grace and rest all you can. That’s the best remedy for all the bad feels you’re in for. Praying for a healthy pregnancy for you!!!

Aww you’re not alone when it comes to feeling like you are a new mom again after Ella. You rock, lady! Hubby and I have two boys, 11 years between them. They are both on the spectrum, 15 and 26 now. I also have PCOS, which is why the gap. I was big with both my boys, nearly 500 with my 2nd. Had surgery to lose weight and lost 333 lbs first year.

Congratulations!! I feel your pain 100 percent with the nausea! Both of my pregnancies , I threw up from conception to birth. It was so bad with my second, that they put me on zofran...please do not take it! I lost my son's twin , and my son was born with a physical birth defect. But it was corrected with 2 surgeries. That nausea is so hard to deal with, but please hang in there !❤

Sea bands! They can be purchased at most drug stores and are marketed for sea sickness. It’s a sweat band with a plastic bead on the inside that presses against pressure points on the inside of your wrist. I was so sick before I found them that I was on an Rx to help, and the sea bands were life savers! Congrats and feel better!!

My daughter also has pcos,and a beautiful plus size women. They have been trying for a couple years,and she is now pregnant. So just like you said it will happen so never give up. God bless you sweetie so happy for you both.😍

I lived on gingerale in the beginning. This pregnancy was by far my worst. It lasted 16 weeks for me. But I'm so excited for you!!!

Congratulations!!! From a PCOS mom and a severe PPD mom there are some things you can do in preparation for ppd. One thing I did was started taking Zoloft in the week or so before delivery. Taking a starting dose and then doubling when baby comes. Also there is a progesterone cream that you can get from your dr to rub on your thigh as soon as the baby comes out! It worked wonders for me!! Also if you are going to breast feed when you have extremely weepy moments feed the baby or pump. It helps release hormones that make you feel better.

Mao mao the girls I’ve taken it for 10 years I have ulcertive colitis so I met with a genetics doctor high risk dr and medication specialists on all my medicines and that one had zero risk and was 100% safe from everything I went through and was told

A nurse friend of mine, said what helped her was to eat some protein before bed...helped the blood sugar swings first thing in the morning. It didn’t help me, but offering it as a try for you. Wishing you all the best! ❤️

Nausea can be a big problem for quite a few pregnant women. My sister-in-law had it big time and ginger tea and peppermint tea worked for her. I am very, very happy for you all. When you posted that you were pregnant I had mixed emotions. I was happy but sad 🙈 but I know my time will come, & just watching your journey gives me hope that although we are plus size (& with PCOS) women we can still get pregnant! Congrats! My OB perscribed me these little disolvable tablets... Think they were grape flavor. Anyway, they really helped take the edge off of the nautusea. Hang in there!

I am so happy for you and I hope that the feeling bad passes quickly. I am sure you'll get a lot of advice about the nausea. The best thing is to ride it out and if you are vomiting frequently, talk to your doctor to make sure you aren't getting dehydrated.

CONGRATS!! SALTINE CRACKERS!!!! My mom gave me that tip 18 years ago when I was pregnant with my 1st daughter and had terrible morning sickness. She told me keep crackers and a water bottle on my nightstand. As soon as I open my eyes..eat about 4 to 6 Saltines. For me..it worked! And I also carried then work me all day long. I was popping a few crackers every 2ish hours. And small sips of water. Don't guzzle. Water throughout..lots of water..but key is.small sips. Congrats again!! Hope you feel better soon!!

I’m pregnant and will be due in February 14th 2021 baby number 2 is so different then when I was pregnant with my son! With his I was so sick all day every day! What helped gum! And saltine crackers! Dollar store red cinnamon candy I would even drop a bunch in my water. Water helped not much of water drinker but pregnancy i was. I'm praying for healthy pregnancy for you. Congrats! I also have PCOS, I miscarried twins in 2005 at 8 weeks. I just had a total hysterectomy in November 2019 at age 40 to relieve some symptoms of PCOS. I was never able to have children. It’s had but has gotten easier.

I carried saltine crackers EVERYWHERE when I was pregnant because I was sick the whole time. I only had 1 and I was already pregnant when I met my husband in 1984 and could never get pregnant until 8 yrs ago and was unaware and was put on blood thinners and ultimately lost it and it messed up my entire body and had to have a total hysterectomy. So we never had a child together But I enjoy other people's babies!!!! So so happy for you guys!!!!! 💦🙌💙🙌💦

the biggest tip that i have (and of course everyone's different so it might not work) always be snacking... on little things, cereal, fruit, whatever your body lets you snack on. This helped me so much. I had a really tough first tri.. the worst. like I would actually get really anxious at work if i didn't have a snack near by cause I knew i was going to get super sick. hope it helps.

YAY! So excited for you! I'm currently 25 weeks pregnant with baby boy #2 I had an amazing pregnancy with my first, the only thing was I had him the end of August and I was so hot lol. But I have had a rough pregnancy this time, nausea, super tired and out of breath. The nausea has calmed down but still kinda here nothing has helped either.

Congratulations!! I'm so excited for you! I was told I'd never have a child and at 42.. I thought I had the flu... My flu will be 18 in October and she is perfect. I threw up every single day of my pregnancy and being fat... I lost 80 lbs but she was 7 lbs 8 oz and completely healthy. I had no health issues. My saving grace with nausea was a big tin of Kebbler Soda Crackers (not saltines) from Publix... You can also order them on Amazon... Also.. drink all of your water.. even if it's sipping .. and Gatorade or Powerade.
