@Chescaleigh, I think it would be really cool if you made a video about Addy! I am white and didn't really know any African American people growing up. But I read all the Addy books and had the doll. I really liked her. Even though she was one dimensional, her story made a huge impression on me as a child. I learned a lot about empathy and the dark history of our country. Even so, I think it would be really interesting to hear from you how Addy's story could have been done better.
