I hope your doing well. You seem to be able to juggle a lot of things. I need any tips on how to juggle thing . I want to start meal prepping and counting my macros, exercise on a weekly basis, do all the things a mom needs to do, a partner needs to do on top of put myself on the front burner instead of the pack and don't know how. Any tips how to not feel so emotionally drained trying to figure out a game plan to make things happen.
