I've got the Lavazza Classy Plus and -- like this one --the only drawback is the cleaning process which seems needless complicated. when compared to similar machines. Cappuccinos are terrific with the double espresso pods. A little too milky (for me) with the single espresso pod. Lavazza pods are the only pods that work.

How do you clean the classy plus? I cannot find my manual.

I have the Classy Plus too, and use Lavazza Blue capsules meant for office use. You can purchase them in quantities of 100 and they are stamped with dates of production, etc. I found the 'Expert' capsules to be lower coffee quality and more expensive.

I don't think that whole tube thing will work for an office. I can just imagine the cross contamination from people putting it in their mugs or trying something else stupid like that.

Looks interesting but I would prefer a machine that accepts universal capsule. Looks nice otherwise.

Lavazza coffee is getting too expensive! I’m looking for good coffee at a reasonable cost.
