I have some social phobia and needed to go over to my neighbour and tell her to please turn the music quieter because I am studying, so I was full of anxiety and a bit shaking when I tried to continue learning. did this meditation and it really calmed me down. Thank you for this.💕 I did a guided meditation by Madi Morrison long ago, and at the and she says something like "bow to yourself and say thank you to yourself for taking time to meditate today. Smile to yourself"(maybe not in that order), and I always added this during this challenge because I feel this completes the meditation for me.

Your voice is so sweet and relaxing! It was the first time I did meditation and managed to calm down. I was just studying, and I started to feel very anxious and pressured... Then it came to my mind: "What if I try meditating to relax?", so I searched on KZbin and found your video. I needed this, more than I thought. It was the first time I felt my anxiety go away and my body relax. I had been holding this in for so long that in the middle of the meditation I cried and cried with relief, as if my body was finally letting it all go! This just brought about the most intense, completely necessary inner peace that my body has been longing for for quite some time. My brain was literally 940382 mph/kph and the anxiety and stress would not stop! I was so scatter-brained and plagued with brain fog, and my back was also tense and hurting a bit. So, I decided to give this a try and I can honestly say it worked better in this moment than it would have if I had taken a Xanax (which I absolutely do NOT like taking because I feel my body doesn't need that type of relief). Also, my back is barely just the slightest but tense now, but thankfully feels much better than before! Thank you so much honey, and namaste!! I'm going to go be productive and get my house cleaned and tackle some of my much needed To-Do list!! -I saved this to my favorites and will be listening to it EVERY day from now on!! 😁

been a follower of you since 2022. For some personal reason, I stopped watching your videos but somehow still find myself using the day one app that you recommend. Not consistently, but I update it for some days that I'm frustrated or if something important happens to me. It helps me a lot to remember things, release my frustrations through writing my thoughts and save memories and milestones. And just by now I was so upset and currently 39 weeks preggy. I'm looking for some music or anything to relax me before I sleep and then your channel appears again. Your voice always relaxes me when i hear it. I was reminded again that meditation is a necessity for me especially for the coming challenging days. 🪻🪻 thanks to you and for always sharing positivity. God bless your kind soul.
