That's an unmarked car for traffic violations & high risk penal code violations. An undercover vehicle is a civilian vehicle that does not resemble a cop car at all. Used for special units.

You say it would be strange if sru gets out of a charger, but in the Netherlands our arrestatieteam (SWAT/SRU) drives in (armored) BMW, Mercedes and normal everyday cars so they aren't spotted easy. Not in swat armored vehicles like in the usa.

That's not an undercover unit, that's an unmarked unit. Undercover units look like civilian cars with no PD tack bolted to the outside.
