1 month into my 1L year and ready to start my outlines. We just finished week 4; I have enough to start (I was kind of lazy). Our finals are in December so I’m going to be updating them weekly and hopefully finalize them by November; I’ll let you know how it goes!

Hi i have been watching your videos for quiet some time now and i must say i have learnt a lot. Am in my second year/first semester of Law school and so far its going fine, there is only one problem i fail to internalize case law which is giving me a headache. i would grasp a whole concept on a particular topic without any problem but i can't seem to internalize case law i don't know why. what can i do?🤔

Hello there! Thank you for watching. Regarding your question, are you focusing to much on the facts/the case? The ultimate goal is to learn the black letter law and then learn to apply it. Don’t let the particular case/facts of the case Bog you down.

Move on! You’ll miss readings and that’s ok. Just make sure you have the lecture notes covering those readings for your outline
