Actually this is decent idea, I tried to design some wheel drive mechanism with FPV ( so PC steering wheel + video streming on the TV ), but it's too complex due to the lawn mower plastic shell ( it will take too much time )

​​@@PirateWasHerewhat if you add drive belt to 2 wheels, or even 4, so one side goes forward and one side goes backward when you steer to one side in that case you dont need special steering mech and can turn around by rotating wheels in opposite direction?

this is more complex , whole case can be rised by lewer, so we can't attach motor mount to he shell. Only way is to use axel, and this makes it very complex because then U have to creat whole mechanism with gears / motor / wheel , which can't be wider than stock wheel. The Best option will be to use hub motors from some hoverboard, then I would design adapter to connect 2 shafts/axels & tire with decent grip/ thread. Everything is possible, the question is "How much time of your life YOU are willing to sacrifice , to achieve your goal ?! " 🍕🍻

@@PirateWasHere i see, yea thats sort of annoying, and time consuming almost easier to put custom frame together and just use the lawn mower motor if you wanna put in the time lol with the "if you want to put in the time" as an important part of the sentence

ohhh yes, your idea right now is the best one, to speed up the process we can use simple alloy V rail . Thanks for help, my english is not the best because I don't really speak with people which are fluent in english so I just repeat my own mistakes ... .
