I have been cutting grass for a living down here in Florida for about 30 years now and I really enjoy your videos! I like your presentation! They are relaxing to watch and also like seeing different ways people do things. Doesn’t matter how long I have been in this industry and how much I think I know it’s still cool to learn different ways of doing it! Sometimes I learn something that works great like the Darwin Grip. I saw you using them awhile back and ordered me a pair and absolutely love them. Keep up the great work! 👍🏻

You can actually force the height of cut lever to go under the 1 mark. Lowers it to 3/4". Just scalped my bermuda with it that way and it worked great!!!
@joelgonzalez1249 Жыл бұрын
Are you positive about that on this Milwaukee mower, I’m looking for an electric mower that would go to about 3/4” but the only one that I found so far is an ego only sold in uk and Australia and it’s only 18” wide. Besides I’m already invested in Milwaukee tools.
@brianjones856 Жыл бұрын
@Joel Gonzalez yep I have done it twice now. Again, it takes a little force to do it but it will not hurt it. I can take a picture or video and send it to you if you would like
@joelgonzalez1249 Жыл бұрын
@@brianjones856 no need, I’ll just buy it and test it myself, I just like to keep my lawn 1/2”-3/4” during spring and fall but don’t have the space for reel mowers and regular rotary. So this mower will be perfect for the low cut and to add to Milwaukee ecosystem. Any problems with self propelled or engine shutting off as many report? Thanks for your input, it really helps.
@joelgonzalez1249 Жыл бұрын
@@brianjones856 so I picked it up today at lunch. I measure the lowest setting height and it’s 1 1/4”, don’t know where they got 1” from, and I couldn’t go past that lowest setting, I don’t want to try too hard or the lever might break. I don’t know if maybe there are 2 models but I can’t lower mine. I currently have the latest ego and this Milwaukee. I cannot help but smile at how much better the Milwaukee feels and sound, I’m about to return the ego regardless of how low it can cut. If you can, try to send me a pic or video of how you go past that lowest setting. Thanks
