"Justice delayed is justice denied" is a legal maxim. It means that if legal redress or equitable relief to an injured party is available, but is not forthcoming in a timely fashion, it is effectively the same as having no remedy at all. In Private sector persons do not sit idle for even a minute. But in the background, Advocates / laywers are just waiting for their turn, similar to some kind of ration shop era.. what a waste of time of an educated workforce. Most advocates are corrupt and take blank signatures on papers, there is no regulating body like we have SEBI ( statutory body and a securities market regulator) Mostly, the fees of the advocates cost higher than the amount one recives in final settlement, but they are at liberty to charge what they like.

@@Heyzoro_ really? help me understand. lets say 50K per month all inclusive expenses for the lady would last just about 16 yrs. If we include 10% inflation, it will last only 11-12 yrs. So you tell me. And maybe she will invest some of it and i feel thats fine. 1 Cr isnt much dude.

The Judge directed the concerned lower court for disposal of her petitions with in three months.that is only option of the Judge since reliefs prayed do not come under this Court jurisdictions.petitioner bravely put her grievances boldly and answered questions .
