Yet she can go through two bottles of very expensive wine a day perhaps,MDMA,maybe some coke,while also taking her own medication,yet she has total Clarity,amazing! She’s a Borderline and they truly believe what they say will be believed. That said Borderlines DO KNOW when they lie. Clearly Dr Drew doesn’t believe this. But Heard has shown she’s aware she’s lying as in this depo when we see the TMZ slip! As Jodi Arias said, it’s not Travis’ fault, I’ve always been empty. Arias killed her so called boyfriend. Arias is a diagnosed Borderline. They will add and exaggerate and belueve it’s justified because he’s a terrible person and was out to hurt me. Justifying it and KNOWING it’s a lie are different. Some may disagree, but Heard is the worst of the worst. Arias was treated horribly by Travis and loved him, but cast aside. Heard is out to kill Depp financially and would be happy to see him in prison or dead, imo. She just exists for rage. When this is all over, she will fall into a depression if she’s no longer talked about, without a doubt! She cannot sustain a relationship. Borderlines can’t without lifelong therapy to rein in their paranoia. Heard May believe Depo was not showing her proper adoration and that wouldn’t do. R she simply hates men!

Notice she said that Jd threw HIS phone not hers. And remember JD is in Europe during this. I like the “the Johnny who’s reaction I could not control”.
@foxymama20032 жыл бұрын
I caught that too! Probably the most honest words that she has spoken about her marriage, she was afraid of the Johnny that had had enough of her abuse and she couldn’t control that Johnny anymore. For her that would be terrifying.
@emmagrant33122 жыл бұрын
Yup I said this on the original video. She totally said his phone when the story was it was her phone. I wish they called her on discrepancy about that at trial. But hey he won so whatever

This would seriously irriate me. I could not stay as cool as Blair was. It's probably a very good thing that I am not lawyer, I literally would have cussed out her lawyer. He was rude, loud and in the wrong far too often.

The moment she lets them know she alerted TMZ… This was the absolute moment of the trial where we knew she’d lied. Plus the fact she tried to deny it. I love that Blaire just skimmed over that and asked the question again, not allowing her to backtrack on that comment.

It is interesting how she, as a "victim", leans aggressively forward like wanting to physically rub her "truth" to Ms. Berk's face. Even when talking about horrible things (allegedly) happened around and to her. Quite a different AH here than we saw in the trial, even though this was sooner after the (alleged) horrible abuse she described.

Thanks for clarifying this deposition Peter. You're in a class by yourself. "They" give attorneys a bad name. You do not! Also if any of you ever need an attorney, I took his advice for my sister in Texas. She was definitely given good legal advice. In other words, Peter is solid as an attorney and helped get in touch with someone to help her in Texas. Bless you Tragos Law Firm!!!

She has a BALL being vague she has a BALL being uncooperative and not remembering anything just because she's asked I think that she wants to rattle people which is probably what she did to Johnny she wants to anger others in my opinion because she is an angry and VERY unhappy little lady.
@meowmeow36202 жыл бұрын
Yea she's difficult just to be difficult. On the odd occasion when she just answers "yes" it's like everyone can sigh with relief. After her TMZ slip up, she answered some questions right. Funny how she thinks she can gaslight everyone about what that mess up was about.

yeh - I was married to a narcissist and he made the tiniest thing a 40 mins convo - an utter obstructionist. Her behavior reminds me so much of him. You cannot pin then down because they will never admit to doing anything wrong, don't want any one knowing their game. Are just plain weird.

Thank you for uploading this and providing a legal commentary. It’s fascinating! Blair (sp?) Depp’s lawyer, deserves a medal for her professionalism and patience! I understand now why Elaine thought her ridiculous objections in court might’ve worked. It obviously worked at times during this deposition for Heard’s lawyer.

I think she was also referring to his behavior during withdrawal from opiods. It is confusing. He was no angel - she did not have the maturity and mental health to deal with him.
@stephanieyee19902 жыл бұрын
She was always trying to deter Johnny from filing a response to that TRO. First with that phone call and now with this cover letter business… It just couldn’t be more obvious that she was jumping through hoop after hoop to keep him from exposing her and trying to manipulate him into just letting her expose him.
@84rinne_moo2 жыл бұрын
30:57 just as a layman perspective it felt like Johnny’s lawyer was just suggesting that if someone could take the other lawyer’s place for the time being (she even says “to give you as much time as possible”) then they all wouldn’t lose precious time on doing the depo and the other lawyer could take care of his family business without worrying about rushing back since it’s important. But Amber’s lawyer didn’t wanna do that. I think both sides acted fine, only the lawyer stepping out for the call spoke kinda rude. But prob if he had those personal issues going, he was more stressed then usual is what I can say at least. But just Imagine being a woman in that situation where the opposing lawyer is a man who is constantly speaking rudely to you in a professional setting when you are always speaking politely to him. That’s just my opinion tho.

Amber's reactions, in my opinion, are deceptive. I do not understand how she was able to get away with these FALSE allegations? How Ambers's attorney could act unprofessionally? If there was a judge there is no way this would have taken place in this type of setting. Amber had to have done some type of FAVOR for him or someone to receive the outcome she did. Never mess with KARMA.

I can't stand how her lawyer is acting. It just seems so douchbaggy. Johnny's lawyer is a rockstar to have not reached across the table and put him in his place. I would have had to walk out of the room before doing physical harm to him.

I think because of Me too it was too scary for anyone to come out against a woman who had made DV claims. Remember that at the time, he was just walking away from the relationship and since he has always kept his private life private, he wasn't telling anyone what had actually happened. And the ACLU saw this as a cash cow for themselves, it has since come out they were planning to use him as their poster child for rich mysogenist males...even though the description doesn't fit him. it was about getting the right publicity for everyone, and making money. Except for JD, who unfortunately was just focusing on turning his life around and mending fences with his kids.

Clearly AH's attorney excuse of having to take a phone call is a tactic by the attorney to have a break to coach her. They should have told her to stay there and not leave and put on the record that attorney needs to show that his family was in the hospital. I'm sure the attorney tapped another attorney to send a quick message to an attorney not there to call the main attorney in 5 minutes.

Another interesting thing is that she says in this depo she went to a friend who had been through a similar situation in relation to changing the locks. In later depos, and in court, she claims her lawyers told her.

The monster is an invention of hers. Well more like a stolen description by someone else she read about. She sounds like she took a course on abuse and is forming her own story using JD as a monster when he drinks, the drinks she spiked. She keeps referring to him as unpredictable with his violence. She’s conditionally saying she’s petrified of the “monster”. When someone is violent with you even one time, anytime after that is walking on eggshells, and you live in a constant state of fear when their bad behavior is unpredictable. When it’s predictable, less so, because when you know what sets them off, you do whatever you can to avoid their triggers.
@elsajones63252 жыл бұрын
@@angelicastern2385 these are things she read from DV victims, but fails miserably because body language does not indicate fear or trauma. Just flip, silly behavior, as if she forgot the seriousness of her claimed situation
