Meg tried to keep it out of court. Tory attacked her and that’s why she supported the prosecution. Meg says she was cut by glass. She was never going to say she was shot. Hospitals are required to report all gunshot wounds to the police. The hospital told the cops Meg was shot. Then they confronted her and she had to say she was shot. She still had the option to work with prosecutors. If the victim doesn’t cooperate with the prosecution, they can’t bring a case. Tory attacking Meg online and in his music made her mad enough to cooperate and tell the truth in court.
