Being honest I've been bricklaying nearly 50 years I'm nearly 70.no one has ever asked me to do one of these herringbone panels. iv seen them in new and old buildings.ive never worked on any job where theve been used and I wouldent have a clue how to set one out.looks like a intreag ing mind game excersise.well done with that.i knew about the tiles and the p.v.a.i do that myself.brilliant video.thanks.

I’ve got to say, super duper job! Love the insulation use too! Do you work on day date or do you price your work?
@BuildingwithBudd3 жыл бұрын
All depends it is difficult to price this type of work, it’s more like a brain workout 😊👍

@@BuildingwithBudd Yes both work mate nowadays..But official brickwork terminology. The broken bond was worked to the middle of the wall, or under a window middle, or middle of pier. . Idea being that joint not strong , near door, window edge too. Ps Mate- your not old I'm 60 too !!
@topcatcoolio88073 жыл бұрын
Oh just realised. I was talking about broken bond. Yes agree whatever works for the one doing it. Looks good mate

I am sorry but You have a mistake, the size of the cut in the right side should be the same size of the left side, I have been doing that work for 30 years. so I know that is wrong,

Everyone has their own style. It's what works.
@jeremyfoster69428 ай бұрын
@@georgewaynewilcoxjr2102 it's nothing to do with individual style, 😂😂😂, it's set out wrong, that's why the cuts are different!!
