Laying out the path to the future

In this video we explore how we can live up to our newly created vision by taking three steps and adding a critical word to our operating model.

#2 - Pursue our planned phases relentlessly (see the new word below)
#3 - Listen to stakeholders and reflect on the feedback
What is our new word? Accountability - sure, we will run into roadblocks but it is far too easy to kick the can down the road and we can do better.
