Awesome work. Watching your videos and the work your putting in takes me back 40 years. My father and I ran a SP, UP with some ATSF and WP layout consisting of over 200 feet of double main line, full round house, classification yards, repairs, branch lines etc etc. Watching your updates and the advancements they have today only brings back fond memories of days gone by. Kaydee couplings, weathering rolling stock and engines to coming home after football practice to only go down before dinner and and sort out a mix drag or two in the yard that my father left for me. Now I get my RR fix from running train simulator and yes I do have the Bessemer & Erie line.

My first time seeing your layout. Very impressed. No wonder you have 1k subs. I just hit that benchmark myself. When shelf layouts became popular, they were to fit in small spaces, but now you and others have shown you can build a big shelf layout. Very cool. Take care - Bill.

Thanks Bill. You're 100% correct, the layout is a overgrown shelf layout, with the exception of the Greenville peninsula. I'll have to check your channel out!

Congrats on your milestone and a great layout project for us all to follow! The same thing happened to me - started posting random layout and train videos and before long 1000 subscribers showed up! My favorite part is the helpful comments that people volunteer that makes the layout feel like a global community project now! :)

Thank you. That is a tcs v4 on a sugar cube speaker. All of my decoders are TCS with the exception of Union 0-10-2 #304, and maybe 2 BLI's that are still factory. The speaker set ups are everything - you can hear the same decoder on other speaker set ups in my other vids.
