Duplicate Window looks perfect for my multi-screen setup as I'm always struggling to switch between views within Blender. Thanks!

Great video as usual; thanks. Any changes you make to the layout are saved with your blender file, but when you open a new blender session the layout will go back to the default layout. You can change the default layout by changing the layout to how you want it and then do a CTL-U, Save Startup File. You can also click on the + next to the layout pull down and create a new layout which will start out as a copy of the existing one. And if you have two monitors you can set up the layout for each window and then do CTL-U so that blender will open two windows every time you start it. But *everything* in your blender session is saved when you do CTL-U; objects, render settings, etc. so it's a good idea to do CTL-N, New before you start changing things in preparation for doing CTL-U.

I always use the layout's, is faster than Split.

yep thats true... i am just sometimes to lazy to properly set it up. Its just a constant struggle to force myself to efficiency ^^
