Ok guys.... some insights into Lazar. He is sponsored by NUTRISUPS and NIKE, he is a model for both companies. In an interview he was asked, why does he no longer compete, his answer was very sincere. What he said was that in Bulgaria, NATURAL bodybuilding is poorly sponsored and when he competed, it was so much preparation for such little rewards. Also, many people were on gear, and were still allowed, since tests were not reliable. He later on tattoed himself, which also could be an issue. When talking about steroids, he said that he and his colegue, (Martin whatever, forgot his name) have 8 years in the gym behind them, and he has gone from 91 to 92 kgs for the last 3 years, a.k.a his physique doesn't change. What he said was, that he is not against other people who use them, however, the long-term effects are crucial, and he can never be OK with someone taking them. He also said that if one wants to take steroids, he has to have had at least 3-4 years of training behind his back for them to work, otherwise he will pointlessly fuck up his body. Now, is he on STEROIDS? For a comparisson, I am 18, I don't even consume supplements, AT ALL, and I am 89 kilos at 13-14% bodyfat, I am his height. I have only 1 year and 4 months of bulking (starting at 73 kg's after losing 40 for 6 months beforehand) and 2 years of hard training behind my back... so I cannot say that his physique is not achievable, HOWEVER, I am a MESAMORPH or so I have been told... All over all, I do not know if he is on the juice, but know your LIMITS. If you are an ectamorph PUSH THROUGH THAT... beat the shit out of your body until it becomes a mesamorph, your body is made to adapt dude! Yes, there are genetically gifted people, I am maybe one of them, I don't fucking know, what I do know is that I work my ass off at the gym, and that steroid junkies cannot keep up with my workouts... so why should I assume that he is on roids? You can achieve your dream physique if you belive it... if U just make excuses why you can't, you never will. I will get bigger than him, just watch me, and if he is on the juice, more power too him, I will beat him even on the juice... THAT IS A FIGHTER'S spirit... and thats what you should believe.. Me personally, I think he is natural, but I may be lieing to myself. But his videos I do like, and they inspire me and motivate me, and that is the point of them.. so stop hating. C U guys soon when I am at 93 kg's :) AND FUCK YOU WEAKLING MAKING EXCUSES ALL DAY LONG!
@TheKtulu11 жыл бұрын
It really doesn't matter if he uses steroids or not. I respect him for reaching a physique like that. Because in case you don't know, you still have to work hard in the gym to reach this level, using Steroids or not. He's an Aesthetic God and you have to recognize that.

I know dozen of fully natural guys (including myself) irl who train their ass of for 10+ years, have 100% clean diet and they look nowhere near Lazar. Does that mean they do something wrong and that he is so much ahead of them with his bodybuilding knowledge? Maybe his father is super saiyan? People saying they've lifted for like 10 years and don't look like him need to consider that this guy does it for a living. Do you really think your motivation for a hobby is as high as someone's job? Everyone and their mum thinks they train and eat "hardcore". And he's a genetic freak. This guy is world renown for his physique. Are you really comparing your average joe genetics to his? All men are not created equal, deal with it. If everyone has elite genetics for gaining muscle and staying lean then you'd have natural aesthetic mofos everywhere. We know that's not the case. Only recreational lifting do random joes think they're on par with the world class elites. Imagine some dude playing soccer in his spare time for a few years accusing Messi for being on PEDs because his soccer skills are nothing in comparison. "Bro, I've been playing soccer hard for 10 years, you can't play that well naturally."
@Alansband9 жыл бұрын
+majungasaurusaaaa Im sure there are a lot of lifters who would like to do it for a living, once upon a time Lazer was not doing it for a living too it was just his ambition like a lot of people who are also watching and commenting on this video also, truth is no one really knows if Lazer is natty or not, I dont know if he is or not I dont really care either, but the genetics card I dont buy that either, when Lazer first started he looked pretty average, the genetics card is overhyped in my opinion.........
@majungasaurusaaaa9 жыл бұрын
Kal-El Kent I agree that the elite guys do what it takes to succeed. But my point was in no other field do average hobby joes even compare themselves to pros. Just because you lift and eat and live the lifestyle as a passionate hobby doesn't mean you're putting anywhere near the effort as they do. Only in recreational lifting do I see that. I suppose lifting for looks purely is something that attracts insecure people with fragile egos. Only in recreational lifting do I see people having the need to tear each other down constantly. If someone is bigger it has to be roids. If someone is smaller it's "do you even lift". You don't see that in powerlifting or Oly lifting. The atmosphere there is constructive and positive. Lifting for aesthetics purely after all is a feminine activity. That explains the toxic cattiness.
@Alansband9 жыл бұрын
majungasaurusaaaa you seem a little bitter about it all, are you a recreational lifter?,pro?, whats your background dude?, its just a hobby of mine, I do it coz I enjoy it, if I had to feel half dead to look a certain way nah I would not push myself that far, but at the same time I love the challenge of pushing myself further and to also see what I can accomplish, im sure that same mind set has made a few pros over the years, not saying thats what I'm aiming for coz im not...... Its supposed to be a healthy lifestyle for me any ways......
@majungasaurusaaaa9 жыл бұрын
Kal-El Kent I'm just a recreational lifter. But when it comes to places to look for info I've found strength training elated channels and forums to be the most productive. The "bodybuiding" ones I just avoid these days. Wish I had discovered strength training earlier. Would have saved me so much time. Instead I bought into the who "bro" way of training. I could have made way more muscle gains had I trained with a proper novice program and learned lifting form properly. Long story short, I'm making better muscle gains in 1 one year doing strength training eating far less protein than 2 years bro splitting eating a high protein diet supplemented with shakes. The whole point of my posts is to point out my gripes about the "lift for looks only" crowd. Not only are the most ignorant ones when it comes to lifting knowledge, they're the least supportive and most toxic.

So much hate from the steroid brigade in every video where a dude has a six pack. Some of you guys I have seen cropping up in many videos. Steroids or no steroids...You don't get a body like that just by sticking a needle in your ass. It still takes a ridiculous amount of effort inside both the gym and the kitchen. Sadly a lot of people in gyms are on steroids, a good amount of those look shit. So steroids or no steroids, you cannot just simply strip away this guys credit and say "oh it was just steroids".

RockSooks You are confusing. I don't use steroids, nor am I supportive of people using steroids. I know of the effects of steroids. However you said, "but in this case ,anyone can take steroids and have a sixpack like this guy !" In what case? Steroids alone will not get you looking like that. Would it help? Absolutely! That level of definition though is only made in the kitchen. A lot of people I know use steroids and still dream of a body like this. Why?? Because they still eat badly, resulting in a bad physique regardless if their XXL t shirts are too tight on their arms. I am actually trying to understand what you are trying to say, but I am struggling. Please explain what you mean by "In this case" please.

If you think about it, he already had a fit body that took years to build, and another 10 years to get from that to his current condition. dont matter if he been training 10 years ist very rare anyone trains that long consistently, most people who train that long will have major ups and downs, not a smooth non stop progression. My guess is this guys is no different. He would have taken roids, i bet my life on it, there isnt a fitness model on the planet that doesnt take roids. Their cycles are very different to a bodybuilder cycle though.
@MessiMerdo11 жыл бұрын
Amar Ups and downs yes but it's not like you become fat from one to another year, especially not if you are that shredded. unlikely that he used steroids because he doesn't show most of the sideeffects typical for roids, like big stomach or heavily outstanding upper chest. So I doubt he uses roids and his physics are in range of possibility he is just shredded. Great physics indeed. Bodybuilders take roids but most Fitnessmodels don't.

john king Didn't talk about his ribs, but in general, answering question of dude that asked before. Still, our body makes sure to protect vital organs from harm and exposure. When you mess with hormones it is futile to talk about genetics regarding ribs. Therefore, exposed ribs under huge pecs cannot be natural, except in some extreme cases. Regarding Angelov he is not natural. He is using something for some time IMHO, but i don't care to discuss or investigate.

The reason his exact physique is not possible naturally is because you cannot have so much muscle on your body and so little fat. His strength and size I believe is attainable natty, his leanness also attainable natty, but I don't believe you can have both at the same time. I've tried it many times to cut to 5% (like Lazar), and every time I had to stop at around 7-8% because to lose those last 2% your body begins to fuck you over by removing glycogen in your muscles and breaking down your muscles (you become weaker and less endurant, also smaller, but not that much lighter). And Lazar has a lot of mass and strength (for someone looking to achieve that much naturally), I believe the best anyone will ever be able to do naturally is his mass and strength but at around 12% body fat. Speaking from experience.
@lesterrocks19969 жыл бұрын
spot on.
@Johnasdc9 жыл бұрын
yeah exactly and you cant be able to gain a lot of muscle mass without gaining fat... a normal body will balance your body fat and amount of muscle... this dude is shredded all year long...
@Ricky-zc8qm9 жыл бұрын
Joe Nash Agreed after a certain point gaining fat and muscle must be done at the same rate. You can burn and build if your body fat is pretty high, but that's about it.
@ChugDC9 жыл бұрын
+Zynum Luke I agree but your fucking crazy if you think the best you can do is 12% at Lazar's weight/mass. Certain people can handle 8% just fine. The reason most people can't do it is because of their ego. They continue to try and get stronger when their already strong enough. Trying to get stronger= wasting more energy =eating more calories. If people at around 195 could just workout for maintenance and be happy with their 275 bench they wouldn't have to worry about continued rise in BF%. If you eat at maintenance, fast 12-18hrs a day(which is easier than it sounds) and hit the gym thinking, "i'm going to look better after today" instead of "i'm going to get stronger today" people would be just fine. Aesthetics over ridiculous strength anyday !!!!

He's had chemical help, people. Trust me. If you think it's possible to achieve a physique like this naturally, go ahead and try. Lift and eat perfectly for five years, eight, ten, whatever, without using gear and see what happens. What's going to happen is that in the beginning your gains will improve by leaps and bounds, but eventually your progress starts to slow. Rate of diminishing returns. Eventually it tapers off and you reach your limits and progress stops entirely, and from then on you are just maintaining yourself at your maximum limits. I've been lifting for ten years, and one look at this guy and I KNOW just at a glance that he's used gear. It is just NOT POSSIBLE for a human body to look like this without it. Without chemical help a human body just cannot grow muscles that big while keeping body fat that low. Anyone who has lifted for any considerable length of time (at least three or four years) will tell you the same, ESPECIALLY if they have tried gear or if they know people who have. By the way I myself have not tried gear, not yet. If you think it is possible to look like this naturally, I laugh at you because the idea is just ridiculous. It's just totally absurd. But if you think it's possible, go ahead and try. If you can prove me wrong, that would truly be fantastic.

3 to 4 years is nothing in the field of body sculpting. Genetics play a vital role too. Ive seen many builders that look like this and they've trained since they were about 16 and now they are in their early thirties. Trust me, where we come from we can barely afford a chicken breast a day, buying steroids would mean not having enough food to eat. Im talking 400$ salary per month, less than 4000$ an year. i believe that lazar DOESNT use steroids!! he is not huge u know u r just faked to think he is huge becuz of his very low body fat which seperate the muscle from the bones showing u all the pure muscle mass!! many out there have his size but that bit of glycogen or fat dont show the reall curves and shredds so u think they r not big enough to have veins and shredds!!
@9Roonie10 жыл бұрын
With fat and water weight most people can be bigger then him actually. That doesn't mean you are more muscular though. What matters is how you look on a super/low/fairly low bodyfat. Not 30% bodyfat. Everyone can get massive on high bodyfat. If he use them, so whatever. He has reasons.
@ahmadatef610910 жыл бұрын
there is a difference bet. looking big and being big.. i said u get faked cuz when u look at someone's body u look for how much muscle he packs on his skeleton, and when u r superly low on body fat u show the pure muscles mass but if u r fat u will be big but how much muslce i can see beneath those fat layers?! not much...thats why u look bigger when u r shredded.
@9Roonie10 жыл бұрын
i wouldn't really necessarily say u will look/get bigger, the leaner you get. No doubt will you look more muscular, when the clothes come off. Everything is an illusion. Lazar is looking pretty normal in daily clothes. But he is looking very muscular once you see his body.
@AJK23813010 жыл бұрын
Please look again at 2:30. Are you sure he ain't big?
@9Roonie10 жыл бұрын
Who was that comment for, me? I never said Lazar isn't big. For being that lean, he is big. What i said is that you won't necesarily get bigger, but you will LOOK more muscular the lower bodyfat you have. Fitness/bodybuilding is mostly illusion of the low/high bodyfat.

Why people are saying it's steroids??? Is that this difficult to achieve that kind of body or what, come-on stop searching for excuse, everything is possible, limitation is only in our mind.
@NorxX2469 жыл бұрын
no its actually a limit to keep us alive. not enough hormone production. to keep the amount of muscle he has, he would need more protein than the body can absorb in one day. he would just be breaking down muscle fibers and cant even keep up with intake for keeping the current amount of muscle. and also. his body fat precentage is so low that the testosterone and hgh levels wouldnt be high enough to keep up. low body fat = low testosterone = no gains and muscle reduction. because the body still need energy to be alive. and he cant get enough food to feed body and muscle so the body have to use energy from muscle

To all people saying he is natural : PLEASE make a video. PLEASE show your own transformation. PLEASE go ahead and eat crazy amount of food/prot like you keep saying, and show us what the result of what eating 20 eggs a day and staying "dedicated" looks like. BTW No need to do it, i've done it for 10+ years and IT simply DOESNT work this way. I was getting 200g+ protein and 3500-4000 on a daily and the result is NOT like steroids. Calories and prot is NOT steroids : your muscles simply cannot absorb that much naturally, even with BCAA, Creatine, Glutamine and other shit. And when you cut, even SUPER SLOWLY, you lose huge amount of muscle mass, and gain only a little bit of vascularity. The ONLY way this guy is not on MASSIVE amount of Steroids and other chemical shit, is that I have the shittiest genetics ever and this guy has the best most extraordinary one. EDIT : for the motherfuckers who tell me i don't work out hard enough : as I said i've been doing this shit for MANY years, don't tell there is fcking magical way to work out, there is no million ways to do a freaking bench press or a biceps curls (and yes i do their variant too) i do break down the muscles, and i feel it so much that i cannot work out the same group for at least 24/36 hours. i have more muscle/mind connection than i do with your mom
