I never comment on videos, but I am a huge fan of yours - my grandmother was from South Korea and I grew up with some of her amazing cooking - she passed 10 years ago, and your recipes allow me to still get those incredible + nostalgic flavors - love how easy/accessible you make Korean food. Love all of your content🤍

Ok, so that first cold noodle dish is a must-try for me. I've been craving noodles, but it's been so hot here in Australia, I just haven't really wanted hot noods. But a cold, yet spicy, nood dish, that's super quick and easy to make, sounds perfect! And thanks for the introduction to chogochujang! I'd not heard of it before, but will have to wander down to my local Korean Mart to see if they have that super convenient squeezy bottle.

I like that you make simple things. And not expensive. Thank you.😊 also tomorrow is my birthday. I’m got some seaweed so I going to make the seaweed soup you made. And it’s going to be a snowy day here where I live. I’m going to be 67 years old. Probably one of your older fan. I’ve been vegan since 2018

I will make all these Rose. The easy is always needed. I have the gochujang, the seaweed sheets, the toasted sesame oil and I always have green onion. I'm trying to get into the habit of slicing a new bunch up and freezing it so it's always ready. I make my own vegan kimchi but I will check out your mother's recipe. Thanks again! 😊

New subscriber. Here for the Korean vegan cooking. I love that you made it so simple! There is a huge stigma against vegetarians (and by extension, vegans) in Korean culture so I never took the plunge to make that transition until now. Thank you for the work that you do and the visibility.

I like to put a tray of vegetables, Braggs garlic powder, a little sesame oil like that to cook while I’m making rice (and in the rice I put the soy beans )makes about three meals and I love it! Green onions, some sesame seed on top is a mess lol. I love your channel and it has really changed the way I cook. Sometimes, if I don’t wanna cook the rice, I use a pack of quinoa brown rice mix.

Gotta try these this weekend, thanks Rose! ❤🔥I normally batch cook a large Korean stir fry every weekend, but I'm so wiped out from work so I'll try your lazy recipes this weekend, maybe with more steamed frozen veggies to satisfy my veggie appetite. 🥦🥗😋Thanks for the link to your Korean sauce recipes also! I look forward to making them and modify where needed to meet my gluten, oil and sugar-free diet. Can't find any store bought versions without wheat, glucose fructose and high amounts of oil in them.

I make fried tofu 'egg' sandwiches, when I miss fried egg sandwiches, and the only difference is I put a tiny amount of tumeric powder, which simulates the egg yolk! I have not seen anyone else doing fried Tofu like this... but I am sure that other people know about this also.

Amandahugginkizz -- Perhaps Rose thinks she looks pale because of the "lighting" for this video if she did not wear it. I didn't notice because she always looks great, and today is no different. Besides that, your comment is rude and simply unnecessary. So just enjoy her video content because she really does share delicious recipes, and she's always fun too.

I'm vegan chef. I'm hyper sensitive to taste and smell. Honestly there's nothing like egg (nothing smelling that awful and nothing having such a good texture and taste as a ranny yolk). That salt is just little stinky, I use it as an indian spice. I don't care, because animals are more important than my tastebuds
