This channel is so underrated! We need more recipes like this. I just spent 2 hours cooking something that should have taken 20 to 30 minutes as per cook books, because we omit the amount of time I, a novice, needs to cut veggies, fry them in the air fryer, and then not only cook the whole thing, but also wash up after. We need this!!!!! Thank you Rose! Edit: grammatical mistakes

Recipes in cook books (or anywhere really) are very deceptive that way for everyone, not just beginners! They don't just fail to account for how long it will take for a beginner to chop, prep, etc - they straight up just intentionally do not factor in ANY time to do those things, PERIOD. Every time a recipe says it's gonna take "20-30 minutes" they mean that's how long it takes to cook it once everything is already chopped and prepared, and definitely doesn't factor in any time for washing up afterwards either. It's very, very rare that a recipe will actually account for the time to chop and prep! (which is so stupid 😭) Honestly ANY recipe that claims to only take "20-30 minutes" is inaccurate 99% of the time, other than ones like the ones in this video (and her other videos) where there's little to no actual prep work involved. But if you actually need to chop a bunch of stuff and do a bunch of other prep work, it WILL take a bare minimum of 1 full hour (not including cleanup afterwards). Whatever recipe you were making, I'm pretty sure no one on planet earth could get it all done from scratch in 20-30 minutes 😅 I hate that it's so deceptive, people should really be able to know what they're getting themselves into when preparing a meal. It sucks when you expect something to take half an hour but then it takes ages...

This concerns your planned vacation in Turkey: Do you know what has been happening to the many stray dogs since July 27th this year? There are very bad situations between animal protectors and people who hate dogs, who are legally killing dogs. Please inform yourselves through social media/the internet🙏🏼😢

makes me crazy to hearr "taco" and see flour tortills. I'm gluten sensitive, so, waste my time. Also, I have always much preferred corn tortillas. Try a frersh corn tortilla; slightly crisp, like corn cake inside, very pure, heaven. But corn tortillas change pretty quickly. So, go to a tortilla factory to get them fresh and use them the same day.

*sigh* Another vegan recipe video... *crumble crumble crumble crumble crumble crumble* Ugh, the constant sound of oil sizzling is driving me crazy! Okay, okay, lets get to it. So, were making scrambled tofu and egg fried rice? How original. I mean, I know some people might like this recipe, but honestly, it just seems so... basic. And dont even get me started on the use of kala namac (black salt). Its like, hello, there are plenty of other seasonings out there that can give a dish a nice flavor without having to rely on something as artificial-tasting as black salt. And then, of course, we have to add in some frozen mixed veggies because, apparently, cooking fresh veggies is too much effort. I mean, whats wrong with just using some sauted spinach or bell peppers instead? Its like, come on, people! Get creative! But hey, at least the recipe is simple and easy to make. And who knows, maybe some people will actually enjoy it. *shrugs* To each their own, I suppose. Anyway, thats my two cents on this video. If you guys are into this sort of thing, go ahead and check out the recipe below. But if youre looking for something a little more... exciting, might I suggest checking out some of my other vegan recipes?
