this was so fantastic. I thought it would easier being shorter. it WASN'T!!! Please post some more combined pump classes. It was really great. THANK YOU

Since 2019, I have been following your channel and I missed your videos last month. Nice you are back again. I loved this workout. By the way, are you British? I like your accent, and soft voice, like a "posh lady". It makes me feel calm.

I liked this a lot, BUT I prefer the 55 minute workouts. The music in this one was very upbeat! Thanks once again!

Done 28.1.2024: The bicep (and tricep) track killed me! Mountain climbers at the end were really hard to do because of lost strength in the arms and little bit in the legs too. I did the mountain climbers on the bench so that it was easier.

Great but hard! Followed you all through covid. Nice to see new workouts again. Will get back to regular workouts now. More 45 and 30 min sessions please.

I’ve been following your workouts for over 2 years since the Covid.I moved to the outback where gym classes are limited and my fitness dropped significantly, I found this one is great to start building up my strength back to normal 1 hours pump class again. This is my 3rd time doing this 45 mins work out, still so tough! But I love the 45 mins format, do more of them. Music is upbeat and motivating. Thanks!
