This is a very interesting routing for those days when you feel tired, unmotivated, a little ill or a just under the weather.
When we realise that our day has been unproductive we see that it has gone to waste.
Fear not I have found some easy exercises for you to do in your comfy outfit and a cup of tea on your side. So let’s not feel miserable anymore and let’s move around a little bit to get our energy up and running.
We all have those days and I’l be there to guide you through. Grab a pillow, a blanket and your hot cup of tea, sip away and “1-2-3-1-2-3” lets do this!
