Oh my gosh, I'm always amazed by how much such simple movements can make my calves burn. Also those hip rocks were really good for helping me feel my core. Thanks for posting these videos!

I love all your workouts and I really love this one because you use simple movement and no floor movement (I really hate thoses) but still you give us a total body workout in only 10min . Really rhank you everything is amazing in this video

Wow what an invigorating 10 minutes! 💕 You have a new follower. I am not a Ballet study but I am 5 weeks into Pilates and it reminds me of Ballet often. Today I am feeling ancy and unwell and wanted to do something different but noteworthy. ❤ Thank you. QUESTION I have titanium in my lower calf and ankle and while feeling ill (flu) it has become stiff. Would your stretches be helpful? It was part of my intent ❤

Ok Alecia here goes dear, You are bitter for two reasons I detect...people who have no business calling themselves ballet dancers to how little work they put in and technique they have are minimizing your true worth and value in the public space as a profesional 2. You are upset about being dropped from your ballet company which is hypocrisy as they are encouraging modern dancers to take steriods and do over muscle building in the gym. Girl as a profesional in another field I can understand your ill feeling but zi don't respect the way you have been dealing with it. There is a pride in your approach that is vomity.I will therefore not be watching any more of your videos
