When I had my oral surgeries (and they removed all my teeth) in 2015, I wish I had known about Keto Chow. I puréed every food I oould. I even added mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes into my diet. I was drinking packaged protein powder drinks and eating potatoes, rice, and store made yogurt. Then I went back to Paleo after the chewing was easier (at least 2 months later). Now I eat mainly low carb (for me 30-80g carb.a day), I limit the processed sweets and supermarket foods to 2-3x a week (some weeks. Not all weeks). I am healthier and happier than I have been. I have less mind flog, less fatigue now. I know once I retire from the bakery, I will probably remove all the sweets from my diet. Now I am around them 6 days a week, I have to try some of them so I am a better salesperson. I know my gut will improve even more once they are gone. It has improved since I started making the multi-probiotic yogurt I make from Super Gut. I eat the yogurt once every day or two and I add protein powder OR Beauty + Sleep to it.
