I believe many Filipinos know Lea Salonga. But it's a matter of preference and taste. Don't compare Lea to Regine and Rachelle to Sarah. They each have their strengths and weaknesses. Not because Lea has a Tony award, it means she's better than everyone else. I personally like Lea over Regine but that's because I'm not really into pop singing. But at the same time, i sometimes hate Lea. Ive seen and sang with her more than once. She's not very warm to people she doesn't know.

The vocals of this cast 😻😻😻😻 and the rhythm and life. I couldn’t help but start moving myself when I was watching it. And oh my word - that 🐐 goat! Had me in stitches (had to do a double take at first). It all just looks like such an amazing experience (I think the actual show is immersive as well). So jealous did those who get to see the show - this is the reason I wish I lived in NY Oh and I have to give a shout out to Alex Newell in his Broadway debut. Oh my days - he SLAYS!!!! Wow - hopefully one day I can see Alex (and of course the marvellous ms lea salonga Live) 💓💓💓🌸🌸

Always one of my favorite chamber pieces. I loved the "Equity Fights Aids" in-concert version with LaChanze. This though....goes through the roof. A play that one could not help by cry over and over again. Only the pathological would not be able to organically cry when experiencing this wonderfulness.

It's also funny how Lea is in the company now, especially since Miss Saigon won a tony over Once On this island in 1991 lol Edit: Sorry I made a mistake, it was 1991. I listened to the original Once cast long before the new one and I was very overjoyed when I heard that they were remaking it.
