Leadership in under 8 minutes

My video called "Project Management in under 8 minutes" • Project Management in ... has done really well so I've decided to make a series of other subjects, all in under 8 minutes. I've recently uploaded Time Management, Sales, and Motivation. Now, here is leadership. I hope you agree that there is no fat in this video, and that Leadership CAN be learned. Enjoy!
Of course there is more to the subject than this, so I have picked what I think are the top points. But imagine how much I could tell you if we had a whole HOUR together (like on a LinkedIn Learning course or a udemy.com course, or a zoom session together) or if we had a whole DAY together like we do when I come and run a workshop in person... Still, 8 minutes is a good start!

yes, it's almost that whole course boiled down into 8 minutes. I think you learn the lessons better from the course though, this is almost too dense!

“Back to the Floor” makes me wonder how you feel about the TV show “Undercover Boss,” or at least the idea behind the concept.

I love it, I think it's fascinating, and quite emotional. It's amazing they don't even know what their boss looks like, quite sad really. Brilliant to see the change in the boss, and the good things that come from it.
