In summary, there are only two types of leadership. That is TRANSACTIONAL and TRANSFORMATIONAL, period. Any other classifications/definitions are absolutely Sub-headings of the two. Great video indeed!!

i think transformational leadership is better because a transformational leader is an inspiration and motivation to the staff. it also builds strong relationships between the team members

There is no 'gender gap'. If you are a woman and have the required knowledge, experience, work ethic, resilience, emotional intelligence, competence and many other characteristics that define a great leader, I'm sure that you will be a great leader
