AMAZING! By far the best educational video I've seen so far explaining the 6 difference management styles! I have A.D.D. and reading books is just not something I can do since what I read doesn't absorb in my brain, so I go to KZbin for videos and I listen to them as I drive to work and home. THIS has been the best one and most educational one for my business management class Thank you

Outstanding explanation. Is true. Leader ships styles has advantage and disadvantages to improve their skills or talent. First they need to commited in every thing they are doing in their business. They need to get vision to be a great Leaders. They need to be proactive with their groups. They need to get better idea to build up their groups or skills. This are my own advantage. Then the disanvantage are Some employees work with great fear. Secondly they can gets poor perfomance between themselves.Some of them cannot be organize in doing their works. So they can be consider as they are not healthy in their group by what they are doing. Or what they are assign of what they need to organize. Thirdly, they lack of poor communication. They don't communicate to themselves in the groups. Brave sound explanation
