When my grandma passed a couple years back it was tough to deal with and for a few months I couldn’t really concentrate on anything, like I couldn’t sit and watch a movie id kinda just hear things instead of listen if that makes sense. Hey Theo. Big fan from Australia. Christmas can be a tough time for most because we expect ourselves to feel joy. This would be particularly hard when you're coming off meds. Don't be afraid to take a small amount and taper down. You are doing well and bring a lot of joy to people, but I also appreciate how you are down to earth and can talk about serious things as well. You don't have to be the life of the party or making people laugh 24/7. Keep up the good work, and take it easy on yourself.
