For the dude Hunter from Kentucky, who is likely a hunter in Kentucky: I feel you. I’m angry too. I’m a sensitive dude who can’t stop feeling things deeply. I’m mad at the world for being unfair, I’m mad at myself for not reaching my full potential, I’m mad at my fiancé for not being perfect(which I understand is my problem) and I’m losing my job in a week, for a shitty reason. I’m mad my father died suddenly and it started my whole family falling apart. I’m mad my brother had his life stolen from him by cancer. I’m mad that our politicians, police, neighbors and institutions are mad too. I’m mad I can’t control or fix any of it. Theo is right. We need some space between us and the world. Hunter - Find your space, dude. Find a place where it’s ok to feel what you feel but you’re not hurting your loved ones. You didn’t say why you’re angry, but since you said you’re a nerd, I think the book “Toxic Parents” would help. Even if you don’t think they’re the source, the book offers some really beneficial mental exercises & digs so deep, that it revealed things that I hadn’t acknowledged. That’s the hard part; acknowledging things that are hurtful. Getting through the exercise ( more like exorcise ) is difficult, but it’s once it’s over, it’s so freeing. I lived a happy life for more than 20 years, after reading that book. Now I find myself like the OP, but keep reminding myself that I’m only actually in control of me & nothing else.

Im in Vegas and we were doing a personal protection job at the Encore Hotel the other day and while waiting for our clients we were people watching and the craziest thing I saw is a woman with brown leather pants on a day that was 111 degrees out.
