Sir, I had abdominal hernia surgery before 8 months and have recovered well except some weakness of abdominal muscles. Can I attempt to learn Shirsasana now ? Please guide.

Yes, now you can start. However, make sure you practice under the guidance of a teacher.

Absolutely yes, but please work under your comfortable limit. It will not happen within one day. Please try to understand the techniques properly and apply in the practice. Shirshasana, everyone can practice but has to prepare well. Let us know if you have any doubts in your practice:)

Sir while doing Matsyakrida I'll curve my back and I cannot completely keep my spine perpendicular to the floor. What should I do? Thank you.

Try to increase the distance between elbows to feet more. Engage the abdomen, you should not curve you back, let me know how do you feel

Well, watching them melt away within 48 hours felt so good, and yes, I used what I mentioned the other day. It actually took a bit more to make them totally disappear, I just go’ogled Melissa Thanderski and the pain unexpectedly disappeared so quickly.
