Excellent set of Videos, explaining each step clearly. I have one question. How can we know if the body is properly balanced when the final pose is reached? What feedbacks does the body get if not balanced property? Thanks in advance. Thanks and Regards - KSM

प्रणाम गुरूजी. आपने सिखाया यह सलम्भ शीर्षासन मैं नियमित करता हूॅं. सौभाग्यवश आपने कही सारी स्टेप्स ढंग से कर रहा हूॅं. आपसे बिनती हैं कृपा कर यह बताईए की मैंने अधिकतम कितने समय तक पूर्णावस्था में रहना उचित होगा? ( फिलहाल मैं छह मिनट तक पूर्णावस्थामें स्थिर रह रहा हूॅं)

I am 65 years old. I have been practicing yoga for 6 years now and just started to attempt Shirshasana. How long will it take for me to feel comfortable to complete the final head stand. I do not want to rush the process.

1)I perform 5 min head stand daily followed by 5 min shavasan 2) I perform kapalbhathi, nadishodhan, basthrika then bramhari pranayam My doubt: which one should I do first??? Please tell me sequence Like headstand then pranayama Or Pranayama then headstand

Sir me shirshasan 13 min tak ker leta hu easily kiya mujhe time increase kerna chiye or kerna chiye toh kitna time increase kare 30 min tak increase kerna safe ha ki nahi pls bataen?

Minimum 3 minutes, I understand. But how many times should I do ? Is it only 1 time just 3 minutes ? I do 1.5 minutes per turn , & I do it 3 times . Am I wrong? What is correct?? May I do 3 times ( 1.5 minutes ×3 ) or do just 1 time ( 3 minutes ) Please tell me the correct thing. Reply please 🙏
