Good jop pro💪i can not describe how much does your videos help me in my new career.. i really like your method in description complicated lessons.. So i want you descipe joint movement for exercise.. I would like, if you please , analyze the exercises with the movement of each joint in this exercise. For example, lat pull down exercise involves movement in three joints, each of which follows a different movement. This point specifically is what bothers me the most in the personal trainer courses.

Your videos are helping me a lot in starting my business. Thank you very much! How do you integrate massage therapy with your personal training clients? I am a certified massage therapist and practiced for 10 years. Now starting personal training for 50+
@SortaHealthyTrainerEducation Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the support! I do about 3-5 mins of assisted stretching at the end of a session. I’d say I incorporate a small amount of massage techniques there. I also used to offer massage therapy as a separate service in my studio. We’re busy enough with training where we don’t do too much massage anymore though.

So is it safe to say over active and under active muscles are pretty much antagonist VS. Agonist?
@SortaHealthyTrainerEducation2 ай бұрын
Sometimes they are but sometimes they aren’t. The biceps are the agonist during a curl but that doesn’t necessarily mean the triceps are under active

I’m not sure I understand your question! The ISSA certification is done fully online. So no need for any addresses. As far as who accepts that certification, it’s tough to say. Some gyms are ok with it and others aren’t. You’d be best off contacting individual gyms at that point.

videos are good i use the to help with training, however, I don't care for the comments that you don't need to know things like insertion points. I guess anyone can be a substandard or low skill massage therapist, but if you want to do a good job in your massage practice you absolutely need to know origin and insertions. Please tailer the videos for quality practitioners as well as the average relaxer who does massage. Other than that, Extremely helpful and entertaining videos.
@SortaHealthyTrainerEducation Жыл бұрын
That’s fair! I think if you watch the three videos you’ll notice how I often say, “not necessary for trainers, but potentially useful for massage therapists” when it comes to insertions and origins. Also, it’s not common to see many, if any insertion or origin questions on the MBLEX either. This video, in large part, is meant to be helpful in preparation for that and trainer exams. If we tried to include all of the insertions and origins in this video, I think it would have been information overload. Again, I do agree that origins and insertions are useful to know for LMT’s though.
