I was really lost when you talked about the repeats at the end.

What tells you you’re working in the back loop only? Or is that the way to do every pattern?
@stardustgoldcrochet7 күн бұрын
an empty square denotes back loop only single crochet stitches. :)

That's strange, I'm not sure what is going on there...did it get fixed?

Is your way (besides the anchoring part) the only way to do mosaic. Or are all charts different and I have to expect they may have different meanings for possibly the same symbols? Cuz universally sc is single crochet, dc is double crochet and so on but I’m trying to figure out if the blocks and symbols could vary rather than being as universal as the crochet language. (European of course)

If you've purchased a mosaic pattern that doesn't use and X for the drop down / fldc stitches, sometimes they may use a down arrow or another symbol to denote the drop down stitch. These are US terms, but I'd love to see an example of what you're talking about for sure.

There are different types of mosaic crochet. Interlocking is different for sure. This is called overlay, so the charts for interlocking are definitely different.

How do you do the double crochets into each other? I've seen a few people saying you can't do that in mosaic, but I see you have it in this pattern.
@stardustgoldcrochetАй бұрын
@@beyoungified can you be more specific as to what you mean?
@stardustgoldcrochetАй бұрын
@@beyoungified with overlay mosaic, do you think about the chart and if there’s an ex you do a drop-down double crochet if there’s no eggs then you just do a back loop only single crochet

Why do you leave 2 singles? What is an ending border stitch?
@ReroluelisreАй бұрын
I quit. A tutorial where you don't explain what you're doing!
@stardustgoldcrochet17 күн бұрын
Did you watch the video? I explain everything in detail. I'm not sure what you mean by "why do you leave 2 singles?" Can you elaborate? The ending border stitch is explained in the video as well. That's just a label. Please watch the video from beginning to end and I know you'll get it!
@mmr16464 күн бұрын
@@stardustgoldcrochet To be fair, I do not feel that the ending boarder stitch was explained well enough. i also think you should take more time to show exactly where you put that ending stitch. I could not see clearly where you were putting the needle.
